Terms of service
1. Agreement
By using Bizflix Cloud ("the service"), operated by Bizflix Global Limited ("Bizflix", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts
Workspaces are created by us on customer request. Each workspace has one owner. Owners are responsible for what their team members do inside the workspace.
Authentication is via single-use magic links sent to the email you register with. Keep your email account secure. We do not store passwords.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via the integrated channels.
- Upload content you don't have the right to handle (e.g. scraped contact lists where consent wasn't obtained).
- Attempt to access another workspace's data or interfere with the service's operation.
- Reverse-engineer or copy the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
4. Your data
You own your content. We act as a processor under your direction. We do not use your content for training, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the service. See the privacy policy for details on collection, storage, and retention.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime SLA in v1. Planned maintenance is announced in-app with at least 24 hours' notice. Outage handling and recovery procedures are documented in our internal runbook (docs/runbook.md).
6. Third-party integrations
The service integrates with third parties (Meta, Twilio, Stripe, SignNow, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Vapi, Sentry, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms. We aren't responsible for outages or behavior of those third-party services beyond best-effort proxying / retry.
7. AI features (Atlas)
The Atlas features rely on third-party large language models routed via OpenRouter and Anthropic. AI-generated suggestions are probabilistic and require human approval (HITL) before any side-effect (outbound message, invoice, etc.). You remain responsible for the decisions you approve. We make no warranty that AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Fees and billing
Pricing is on the public website and in your workspace under Settings → Billing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
9. Termination
You may cancel your workspace at any time. We will export your data on request and delete it within 7 days of cancellation. Backups containing your data expire under the schedule in the privacy policy.
We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizflix Global Limited is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in its courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
